A.J. O’Connor (AJO) is a human resources consulting firm that has a tradition of long-lasting partnerships and impactful results over its 40-year history as a family-owned business. As the company prepared for a leadership transition to its third-generation owner, it needed to mark the future by evolving both the AJO brand and message. A new, modern variation of its logo had already been designed, and it was time to extend the new look across its digital and social platforms to set the stage for future growth.

Capturing the essence of what sets AJO apart – its family culture of integrity, relationships, reputation and results – Avista built out the AJO storyboard and worked to express it both verbally and creatively across the new website and supporting social media channels. Close attention was given to capturing the long-curated culture of AJO, while crystallizing a modern, sleek look that shows how the company is evolving for the future.
